The Maintenance Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Moose Jaw Terminal. Reporting to the Terminal Manager, this position requires a strong focus on delivering objectives while supporting the terminal's success. A solid understanding of highway tractors and trailers is essential for this role.
This is a Monday to Friday position, with a 7:00 AM start time.
About the Position:- Coordinate calls, emails, scheduling, and vendor communications to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
- Audit partner vendor quotes and completed repairs to guarantee high-quality maintenance aligned with our company standards.
- Manage parts inventory through our TMT maintenance system, ensuring timely ordering and receipt of necessary supplies.
- Communicate effectively with Operations and customers regarding equipment repairs.
- Maintain the facilities and applicable properties, ensuring they remain well-maintained and secure.
- Two years' experience in a similar role.
- Ability to plan and coordinate maintenance, with a strong understanding of maintenance programs.
- A highly energetic and organized individual with excellent communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of standard repair times within the maintenance industry.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to clearly communicate and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- A solid business presence, complemented by personal drive, resourcefulness, maturity, integrity, honesty, and sound business judgment.
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience
