At KAG Canada, we're seeking a skilled Parts and Service Administrator to join our team at the Moose Jaw Terminal. In this role, you'll be responsible for the daily operation within the Fleet Services function, working closely with the Terminal Manager to deliver on objectives and support the terminal in achieving necessary results.
The successful candidate will possess mechanical knowledge of highway tractors and trailers, with experience in a similar role and the ability to plan and coordinate maintenance and possessing an understanding of maintenance programs.
Key responsibilities will include coordinating calls, emails, scheduling planner, manager the PO system, and track and manage costs, as well as regularly auditing partner vendor quotes, and completed repairs to ensure quality maintenance that is consistent and aligned with our company standards.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for ordering, receiving, tracking and maintaining parts inventory through our TMT maintenance system, and communicating and coordinating with Operations and customers for any equipment repairs.
As a highly energetic person with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, you'll be well organized, detail oriented, enthusiastic and confident with a roll up your sleeves attitude towards work.
