- 10+ years of academic leadership experience at the K-12 level.
- Extensive leadership experience in teaching and learning, with structured methodology and practice development capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge and leadership experience in curriculum development and content effectiveness assessment.
- Knowledge and experience in leading large-scale assessment, item development, and evaluation.
- Deep understanding of teaching management and academic measurements in schools.
- Proven track record of success in developing methodologies and practices to improve teaching effectiveness and learning outcomes.
- Strong skills in cross-region and cross-team collaboration.
- Experience in working with various stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English; excellent presentation skills.
- University degree.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $145,000 per annum.
