Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that our inventory is always well-stocked and up-to-date.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that our staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that we have sufficient ingredients and supplies to meet our customers' needs.
- Ensure that Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and customer service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure that our food service operations are financially sustainable.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our food service operations.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Develop and submit regular reports to management, providing updates on our food service operations and identifying areas for improvement.
- 3-4 Years of Experience: We are seeking a highly experienced Food Service Supervisor with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this role.
- Fast-Paced Environment: You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to be highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
- Attention to Detail: You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, requiring you to be highly attentive to detail.
