We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Help Desk Technician to join our team at The Northgate Trading Inc. in an entry-level role.

About the Job

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, paid bi-weekly. You will work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a college or CEGEP education and less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and resolving technical issues, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
  • Analyze and resolve technical problems using various tools and resources
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Document and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills
Requirements
  • Diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in help desk or technical support role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and Microsoft Windows
