Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Taco Time. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a typical workweek of 30-40 hours. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
