Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve in the dynamic Multi-Dwelling Segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate Client Connections: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) property management and leasing staff to ensure Rogers remains the preferred choice for prospective tenants and residents.
  • Brand Ambassador: Organize engaging marketing events and selling programs through face-to-face or virtual interactions, showcasing Rogers' innovative solutions.
  • Provide Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor, applying a consultative approach to offer customized Rogers solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to thrive in a sales environment, overcome objections, and work independently to achieve strategic goals.
  • High motivation, excellent interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections with style.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
