Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Operational Director to support our team in driving growth and implementing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operations, growing systems, and leading volunteers, part-time staff, and contractors. This role reports to the Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial and donation systems
- Facilitate strategic planning and goal-setting
- Provide leadership for marketing and communications initiatives
- Oversee IT infrastructure, including website development and platform management
- Manage part-time staff, volunteers, and contractors
- Offer excellent customer service to IMT inquiries and regional teams
- Coordinate global and regional retreats and meetings
- Support special projects for the Executive Director, such as annual reports and translation projects.

Requirements
- Proven experience in operational leadership and management
- Entrepreneurial passion and drive
- Servant heart and commitment to excellence
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
