Position: Refrigeration Specialist

Reporting to: National Refrigeration Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Specialist to join our team at Carrier Enterprise Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert customer service and building strong relationships with our refrigeration and compressor customers in the Alberta Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Grow refrigeration and compressor market share for the Alberta Region and achieve agreed-upon financial goals.
  • Develop and implement market strategies, account strategies, and sales plans for larger refrigeration customers in the Alberta region.
  • Work closely with the regional general manager and sales center managers to identify refrigeration, compressor, and parts opportunities, as well as correct product and inventory levels to service customers.
  • Launch new products and ensure all products are priced and promoted at the correct market price level to secure business.
  • Quote refrigeration jobs, including cooler and freezer rooms, to customers and help select products for specific refrigeration needs.
  • Set up regular training for customers and store employees.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of refrigeration sales experience in the HVACR industry.
  • Knowledge of refrigeration and compressor products, market, and industry trends to provide expert customer service and solutions.
  • Post-secondary education in HVAC.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and customer service orientation.
