Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team at Wildstone Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex HVAC systems in industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission new HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis to identify and resolve operating problems in industrial and dew point applications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing on HVAC systems, including refrigerant recharging, regulator calibration, and component replacement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve system design and operation.
Requirements
  • Interprovincial Refrigeration Journeyperson ticket and minimum years of experience in HVAC servicing, troubleshooting, and installation.
  • Strong understanding of modern construction practices, construction documents, and safety protocols.
  • Valid Class Driver's License and insurability.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong safety record and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HVAC/Gas fitting and plumbing, sheet metal, or fuel oil technician certifications.
  • Knowledge of construction costs and budgets, with a solid understanding of modern construction practices.
