Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and coaching to your team, mentoring and coaching team members, and championing corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their leadership skills and advance their careers
  • Champion corporate initiatives and policies, and communicate them effectively to the team
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers to drive business growth
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through industry-related courses and community involvement
Requirements
  • General Insurance Level 2 License required
  • Supervisory experience leading teams to meet and achieve sales targets
  • Involvement in industry-related associations and community activities
  • Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
  • Passion for helping others and a self-driven approach to success
