Job Title: Administrative Manager - Strategic Operations
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at TOMATO PRODUCE. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate administrative services
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Interview, hire and provide training for staff
- Manage events
- Support social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees
- Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
- Offer workshops, counselling services or other resources to help Veterans navigate their transition into the civilian workforce
- Offer phased re-entry options for mature workers who are returning to work after retiring
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- Permanent position
- 37.5 hours per week
- English language
