Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Booster Juice. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make data-driven decisions
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Train staff on new procedures and policies
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and maximize sales
- Advise on menu selections to drive sales growth
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise other servers and bussing staff to ensure seamless service
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers
- Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables, trays, and chairs
- Balance cash and record sales to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
- Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
Requirements:
- Electronic cash register experience
- MS Word proficiency
