Food and Beverage Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Booster Juice. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make data-driven decisions to optimize staffing levels.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and menu planning.
- Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and provide coaching and training as needed.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability and make recommendations for cost savings.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that products are stocked and available for customers.
- Advise on menu selections to ensure that they are appealing to customers and align with the restaurant's brand and pricing strategy.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience and return to the restaurant.
- Supervise other servers and bussing staff to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers to ensure that they are aware of the options available.
- Clean and maintain the restaurant, including tables, trays, and chairs, to ensure that it is clean and welcoming for customers.
- Balance cash and record sales to ensure that financial records are accurate.
- Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables to ensure that they have a positive experience.
- Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages to ensure that customers have a positive experience.
