Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Transportation Operations Manager to join our team at CH LOGISTICS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing finances, arranging shipping documentation, and overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage finances or budget to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit
  • Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods
  • Negotiate for services and preferential rates with suppliers
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods to ensure timely delivery
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
