Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Counter Team Lead to join our team at ADH Alberta Ltd. as a key member of our food service team.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of quality service.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, repairs, and wastage, maintaining accurate records of inventory and supplies.
- Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast food outlet or concession.
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
