Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispatching security personnel, responding to emergency situations, and maintaining accurate records of all incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch security personnel to respond to emergency situations, including medical, fire, and disturbances
  • Provide detailed documentation of all incidents, including event logs and reports
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates and information
  • Monitor CCTV and provide support to security personnel responding to calls
  • Oversee facility monitoring systems and escalate when equipment signals an alarm
  • Provide key access and contractor sign-in/sign-out process
  • Complete reports and provide information related to site-owned security equipment
  • Obtain and file maintenance inspections and equipment audits
Qualifications:
  • Prior dispatch experience is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for contractor and customer interactions
  • Computer literacy with multiple software programs
  • Ability to prioritize work tasks and work under stressful conditions
  • Above-average observation skills and ability to follow policy and procedure
  • Dependable and professional in all job functions
Education Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
