Carter's is seeking a Seasonal Call Center Universal Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Upsell and cross-sell Carter's and OshKosh products
- Document customer interactions and resolve complaints
- Work collaboratively with the call center team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and manage regular duties with minimal supervision
- Call center, retail, and/or e-commerce experience
- Technical aptitude
- $17.50/hour
- 30% employee discount
