Job Overview

At Fragroma Inc., we are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that drive business growth. The successful candidate will have experience in marketing coordination, including communication strategy development, evaluation, and implementation.

  • The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing plans to meet business objectives.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Implementing marketing programs and campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website content.
  • Overseeing the preparation of public written materials, such as reports, briefs, and brochures.
  • Assisting in the preparation of other marketing materials, including newsletters and press releases.
  • Conducting comparative research on marketing strategies and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree from a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment
