About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Cora Breakfast and Lunch. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution and high-quality service.
  • Experience: Experience in the food service industry is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication, but proficiency in other languages is an asset.
