Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Italia Bella Bar & Grill Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address complaints, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the team to achieve high standards of service and quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
