Food Service Supervisor Role

At Tim Hortons, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team of food preparation staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing methods to meet work schedules, supervising and coordinating activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
