Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Doje Care Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Personal Support Worker will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Administer medications as required
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Work Environment:

The Personal Support Worker will work in a fast-paced environment, providing care and support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
