Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort are maintained at all times.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Support clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical and mental well-being.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Mend clothing and linens, ensuring clients have access to clean and comfortable clothing.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Plan therapeutic diets and menus, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, ensuring clients have access to essential items.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Cook meals for clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing between 61 and 80 kg (133-176 lbs).
