Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient work schedules and coordinate staff activities to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation and ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast food outlet or concession.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate activities of 3-4 staff members.
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
