Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd O/A Papa John's Pizza. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare food order summaries and ensure timely delivery
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Client-focused and team-oriented approach
Work Environment

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and quality food. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be expected to work a minimum of 30-40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
