Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Prairie Donair is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by the employer.
