Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

A.K. Landscaping Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and construction of outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including labor and material estimation.
  • Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative walls, and other landscape features.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Work Environment:

This role requires a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be working in a physically demanding setting, requiring attention to detail and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling are also required.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
