Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team in Powell River, BC. As a member of our healthcare team, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physiotherapist to provide physical therapy interventions and support clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy interventions and support clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist clients with daily living activities and provide emotional support as needed.
- Monitor client progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:

- Valid BC driver's license and access to a vehicle.
