Job Title: Hotel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Sahara Courtyard Inn (1995) Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations
  • Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Negotiate with suppliers for hotel materials and services
  • Manage hotel finances, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Oversee hotel maintenance and repairs
  • Implement marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in hotel management
  • College diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
