Dental Office Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Coordinator to join our team at Alkazaz Dental Corporation. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a dental office or healthcare setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in dental software and technology.
