Responsibilities
  • Bookkeeping: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • End-of-Month/Quarter Support: Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and banking, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Government Reports: Prepare and submit consumption taxes and deductions at source reports as required by law.
  • Annual Wage Returns: Produce T4 statements and annual wage returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Acomba X System: Utilize your knowledge of the Acomba X system to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
