Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A. Verani Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fast food outlet or concession.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that work schedules are met and quality control standards are maintained.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food outlet or concession.
- Personal Qualities: Flexibility, team player, and strong communication skills.
This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
