About the Opportunity

The University of Niagara Falls Canada is seeking a Course Developer to join our team. As a key member of our academic support services, you will play a critical role in developing high-quality courses that meet the learning objectives and needs of our students.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Associate Deans and instructional designers to understand learning objectives, course content, and instructional materials for new courses.
  • Design and develop engaging and interactive course materials, including lectures, presentations, multimedia resources, assessments, and learning activities.
  • Incorporate innovative instructional strategies, educational technologies, and multimedia tools to enhance student engagement and promote active learning.

Requirements

  • PhD in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in online course development, instructional design process, or curriculum design in a higher education setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theories and assessment strategies.
