To succeed in this role, you must be willing to adapt to ambiguity and change, and be results-oriented. You will be accountable for the end-to-end management of the store and its team, including labor and supply budget.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in similar retail management roles, with excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in retail systems and office programs is also essential.
