  • Support top-line sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) respecting directives and selling standards.
  • Reach and exceed consultative service goals designed to acquire, engage, retain, and grow customer relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven luxury and/or specialty retail store experience.
  • Possess a passion for delivering inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform basic math.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
Compensation and Benefits

As a Luxury Fragrance Stylist, you can expect an estimated hourly rate of $21.65 in Calgary, depending on your qualifications, skills, and experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. You may also be eligible to participate in our commission plan.
