About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Specialist, Key Holder to join our team at Groupe TVA. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote a positive and inclusive store environment
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
