Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at AGGARWAL GROCERY HUB INC.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, including sales workers, apprentices, and design team members.
- Assign Sales Workers: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that all areas of the store are adequately staffed.
- Hire and Train: Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for training to be provided.
- Order Merchandise: Order merchandise and authorize returns, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and that customer needs are met.
- Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff members, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed at all times.
- Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that sales targets are met.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other problems.
- Organize Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and that customer needs are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliable, team player, dependable, and excellent judgement.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires standing for extended periods and working in a team environment.
