At Surabhi store, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and be able to effectively lead and motivate a team of sales workers. Key responsibilities include assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters. The successful candidate will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and supply shortages, organizing and maintaining inventory, and supervising and coordinating activities of workers. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Assign sales workers to duties
* Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
* Order merchandise
* Establish work schedules
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
* Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
* Organize and maintain inventory
* Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
