Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of food for our events and banquets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and manage food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Create new recipes and menus
  • Train and supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a chef or in a related role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
