About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain equipment, machinery, floors, and washrooms to ensure a high level of sanitation and safety.
- Operate heavy equipment and use various tools to sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors.
- Clean walls, windows, and bathrooms to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Industrial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, WHMIS, and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- 1 year of cleaning experience an asset.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
