Job Summary

MNP is seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing solutions that promote, protect, and position MNP's brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process marketing requests using MNP software and systems, triage tasks to appropriate teams for execution, and monitor workflow and status to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain vendor relationships with external suppliers and freelancers.
  • Act as liaison between the Marketing and Translation teams to support translation requests.
  • Manage task assignment and workflow during project scope changes.
  • Keep up-to-date with Workfront, our marketing project management software, and implement changes as necessary.
  • Conduct ongoing reporting of workload metrics and analytics.
  • Develop an understanding of MNP's services, businesses, and industry, ensuring firm brand standards are being followed.
  • Build strong, solutions-oriented relationships with our Regional and National Marketing teams.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes and support process improvements through Workfront.
  • Work on special projects and act as a marketing resource as required.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in marketing or a related field.
  • 2+ years of administration or project coordination experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with Workfront or other project management tools is considered an asset.
  • French language skills would be considered an asset.
