Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our Real Estate Insurance team in Vancouver, Langley, or Kelowna. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our Real Estate Insurance products and services to Insurers and other industry stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Insurers to negotiate competitive terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with our Production Team to deliver exceptional service to clients and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure our marketing strategies remain effective and relevant.
- Assist with the development of innovative marketing processes for large portfolio renewals.
- Attend industry events and functions as required to build relationships and stay informed about market trends.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in insurance marketing.
- University degree or professional insurance designation (CIP, CAIB, CRM) preferred.
- Level 2 License.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $95,000, depending on experience and location. Our benefits package includes generous medical and dental coverage, telemedicine, employee and family assistance program, and retirement and savings programs.
