About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join our team at Drayden Insurance Ltd. in Spruce Grove.

Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves meeting sales goals through account development and new business sales, as well as building strong relationships with clients to help protect what matters most to them.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology, providing expert advice and guidance where required.
  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients, ensuring they have the right level of coverage for their needs.
  • Upsell products and services to new and existing clients, helping them to maximize their insurance benefits.
  • Generate client referrals through community involvement and events, further expanding our network of clients and partners.
  • Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters, ensuring that all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Make timely renewal calls for existing client business, proactively managing their insurance needs and preventing any potential gaps in coverage.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and build strong relationships with insurance providers, staying ahead of industry trends and developments.
  • Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education, continuously improving your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs, and payment plans, enabling you to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
