About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor will play a critical role in directing and overseeing maintenance staff to ensure all areas of the community are well-maintained. Key responsibilities include monitoring team performance, improving processes, maintaining inventory levels, working hands-on to perform market-ready, occupied, and preventative maintenance, obtaining bids from contractors, interacting with suppliers, and managing community budget expenditures under the guidance of the Property Manager.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need leadership and team-building skills, experience in apartment maintenance, and a strong commitment to excellence. A minimum of five years of apartment management and supervisor experience, Type II A/C Certification or Universal, high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license are also required.
