About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. As an ideal candidate, you will possess strong analytical and time management skills, along with advanced knowledge of facility management processes and standards. Your expertise in leveraging emerging technologies and championing continuous improvement initiatives will drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing effective processes and procedures to ensure consistency and continuity of services.
• Providing technical guidance and support to the Facilities Manager and Project Management teams.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to establish governance models that promote transparency and accountability.
• Managing relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
• Identifying opportunities for innovation and growth, and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
• Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Evaluating employee performance and providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

• Experience working in a facility management or operations management role

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
• Post-secondary education or certifications in facility management or operations management

Work Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or operations management
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
