About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Assistant to join our team at Goraya Construction Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our carpenters and construction workers with various tasks on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the work site.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance work.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Work Environment

As a Construction Assistant, you will be working outdoors in various locations, including at heights and in confined spaces. You will be exposed to dusty conditions and will need to be physically fit to perform the demands of the role.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physically demanding role requiring hand-eye coordination and the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Flexibility and reliability are essential.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
