About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Assistant to join our team at Goraya Construction Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the guidance of experienced carpenters.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform routine maintenance work to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Work Environment

As a Construction Assistant, you will work outdoors in various locations, often at heights and in confined spaces. You must be willing to relocate and adapt to different work settings.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
