Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Roadside Tire. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Open and distribute mail and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and productive work environment.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize workflow.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer electronic enquiries and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Oversee the preparation of reports to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Conduct research to gather information and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
- Perform data entry to ensure accurate and timely data management.
- Provide customer service to ensure a positive and supportive experience for our customers.
- Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tight deadlines and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Our office is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our office and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Language:English is the primary language spoken in our office, and proficiency in English is required for this role.Work Schedule:
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
