About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at KAYA TECHNOLOGIES LTD. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in business development, marketing, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed to support business growth
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase our services
  • Ensure all necessary business licenses and permits are in place
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve strategic objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
